Johnny`s Pizza House in Alexandria

This is the best pizza buffet in Cenla. I eat here every Friday with my 3 year old, and it cost right at $10 for us to both get a buffet (he gets a drink and I get water). The salad bar is fresh, the pizza come out quickly, and the staff is courteous. That is why eating at Johnny's on Friday afternoon is our weekly ritual.

Wish I could give negative stars. Rude order lady TONIGHT! ordered 2 supremes it was.50 some dollars! Didn't bring napkins, plates or parmesan as requested! Also, had ham on a supreme! Ham does NOT go on a supreme tasted gross. Also can't understand why it wasn't cut in pizza slices was cut like Italian cheese bread vs slices and driver didnt even offer change! Pizza was cold when delivered.

Unfortunately we have tried Johnnys Pizza one too many times. We didn’t learn from the first few times we got poor customer service and mediocre quality pizza and cold wings. We will not be back. The online website doesn’t function properly and when you voice a concern to their Facebook messenger the answer received showed no concern on addressing our exact issues or a resolution.

I went here last year to eat at buffet now the price was around $16 thats pretty high for a buffet!

Excellent food and service.

Stopped by after a baseball tournament with most of our team on a Saturday. Facility was very clean and they did a good job bussing the tables up as people left. Buffett was a little small for the size of the place and it's seating capacity. But they tried to keep pizza on it for us. The food was all good and obviously fresh since we were eating it as soon as it came out of the oven.

Poor quality pizza mixed with not keeping up with the pizza bar supply makes this place a hard pass.

Truly disappointed today. I am not one to leave reviews but after today’s experience with johnny’s I am truly disappointed. The pizza is costly but I’ve always enjoyed it regardless to the price. I placed an order online to today picked it up and headed home. Once I made it home and opened the box I was beyond annoyed the pizza was basically burnt and dried out! I called and was immediately sent to a manager, apparently she was the cashier that completed my sale. She apologized and stated something regarding the temperature of the oven being adjusted. She asked me to bring the pizzas back but I was tired and had just made it home. Nothin more was offered but to do better next time! A small pizza is almost $11, so you can image the cost of a medium. Since she was obviously aware of the issue I felt that a credit for future use should have been offered but hey what do I know about customer service! $37.00 gone down the drain and yes back to Pizza Hut I go!

The lunch buffet is good, only downside is they put out one pizza that doesnt have veggie toppings at a time out. The rest are covered in peppers, olives, onions, pineapple and so on. The one non veggie one is gone almost immediately and the rest kinda sit there and are picked at by the people who like the combination of toppings. I'm okay with onions but not on every pizza and I'm personally not a fan of black olives or pineapple. Just be nice if it was balanced and had a few pizzas covered in the veggies and a few ones with just the meat or cheeses. Not just the one at a time. They also serve a fantastic salad bar, chips and nacho cheese, spaghetti and mac and cheese. Good buffet overall.

There pizza is good but there is a issue..., they don't have that much bacon if you get bacon with something else. If you get it alone then it has more! I hope they make the pizza have more bacon if it's with something else.

The buffet options were very limited. Multiple of the same types of pizza and no meat lovers. Probably the worst Johnny's I have been to yet. Might have just been a bad day also though. The owner was a really good guy and workers were great also.

I’ve eaten at many different pizza establishments throughout Louisiana...Johnny’s Pizza is the best by far!!! 😋 Ordered a pizza from this location today and it was delicious!!

Johnny's is pretty good. It's basically just like B.J.'s Pizza down the street - I think the old owner of B.J.'s started Johnny's, or vice-versa. It's the same type of pizza, but has the same issues. It's too expensive, even with coupons. But, it does taste good! And I think Johnny's has more frequent buffet times than B.J.'s. Honestly though, I'd rather go to the surprisingly good Little Ceasars on MacArthur for half the price and roughly similar quality.

Went Monday pizza was super greasy toppings were sliding off best thing was the salad.

Johnny's pizza is one of the best pizza joints in Louisiana. Dont judge them on their buffet pizza because it's not near as good as the pizza when you order it. Even though the buffet is not as good as when you order it, the buffet is twice as good as BJs buffet in my personal opinion. You have to order the peach pudding pizza for dessert. Its addictive when it's hot and fresh. Also, Johnny's has take and bake so you can cook it in your own oven at home and get it as fresh as if you dined in.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My family and I tried this place out for the first time this evening. We we're having a wonderful time, right up until they cleared the buffet before we'd finished eating. The hours on the door said they didn't close until 9pm; the buffet was cleared at 7:45pm. We'd only been there for 30 minutes. We were so utterly disappointed. $20 for a half full stomach? That's a hard pass for us.

Me and my wife went in around 7 pm, to a small buffet with a few pizzas out, several of the same type just to fill it out. Staff was friendly enough but they began clearing and cleaning the buffet before we were even done eating, an hour and a half before the place closed. One of the workers cleaning tables even made a comment out loud that there were customers still here eating, to no effect. We sat right next to the entrance to the kitchen, so there's no chance we were forgotten about. Employees were only interested in getting done quickly so they could leave. First and last visit.

A customer at my job ordered a pizza to be delivered to him at the airport today. The delivery lady, an older woman, shoved the pizza at my co-worker and says "How nice of him". The entire lobby witnessed her rude interaction and was shocked. Needless to say, the woman represented her company and Alexandria in an extremely negative way. Those of us who witnessed this WILL NOT be spending our money at Johnny's Pizza.

It's pretty good. I think the sauce puts me on the toilet though😂

Flip was covered in some form of garlic salt I think. Almost uneatable.

Love this place wish I could give it more stars. But that's all they can offer me to give. Nice clean place to eat. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. And the Manager on duty Name Markus was excellent enjoyed conversation with him. This is my first time dinning. But I will be back again. Thanks.

My freind sat down his phone on a table while he went to get his drink and the lady cleaning the the tables picked it up and took it and they tried to hide it from us on the phone it has screen shots of people trying to power it off but the had to have the passcode
